The site selector is missing
Section titled “The site selector is missing”On content pages, the selector is hidden when your account cannot read the site list. Reload the page; if it is still hidden, ask a Super admin to grant read access to Auction, Content or Platform management. See Getting started.
In Websites Publishing, the dropdown has the placeholder “Site”. If it has no options, the same applies.
A listing is not shown on a site
Section titled “A listing is not shown on a site”Check the Listings tab of Websites Publishing for the site, and check that the listing’s category (or a parent) is ticked in the Categories tab. An inactive site never gets listings.
A page returns 404 on a site
Section titled “A page returns 404 on a site”Check the Pages tab for that site. A switched-off page returns 404 and is not in the sitemap.
“A publishing job is already running for this site”
Section titled ““A publishing job is already running for this site””Only one publishing job per site runs at a time. The panel retries 3 times and then shows “Blocked: another job is running on this site.” Wait for the running job to finish, then click Retry. A job with no heartbeat for 2 minutes is taken over automatically.
“Captcha error, Please login again.”
Section titled ““Captcha error, Please login again.””Reload the sign-in page and sign in again.
